They allowed to me check in before 90 mins and they allowed me To keep the baggage after check out time and also allowed us have the food in the lobby breakfast area.NiceFriendly staff

Hotel with a "view"

Bathroom door broken , no extra sheets or pillows for pullout bed , telephone in room didn't work (not even to the front desk) Staff was very nice , but shocked to see no room service done even if it was just to bring new towels in.

VERY clean and VERY close to NY

Pros: Cleanliness!
Cons: Breakfast, more variety, actual meals
Location: Lots of restaurants within walking distance, about 10 minute drive into Manhattan.
Check in was prompt and easy, the hotel smelled very clean, and was very clean. The sofa bed not so great but served it's duty. If I had stayed longer there are a lot of places to pick from to have a meal out. Took us about 10 minutes to drive into Manhattan. The breakfast was individually wrapped snacks, so not really a 'breakfast' to me. But coffee was great. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the suite was wonderful, definitely a bargain, a good one at that. Will definitely consider when visiting again. Thank you!

Beware Extended Stay

This room costs about $200 for New Years Eve, I ended up paying $400. I booked a hotel in East Rutherford from this same company, Extended Stay. They told me my reservation didn't exist so I booked this hotel. Then they charged me for the reservation that didn't exist and would not refund my money. However, I went to this hotel in Secaucus and brought my family for their buffet breakfast on time, which is nonexistent. There was barely any breakfast. I paid $400 for nothing.

Typically our guests cook breakfast in their fully equipped kitchen suite, however we want all of our guests to begin their day with a nutritious start. Dirty and rude staff

We had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago 2015) and it was very nice, so we decided to stay there again. Something badly happened in two years, the hotel staff was rude and not helpful at all. We had a pull out sofa bed in our room for my daughter and there were no linens in the room so we went to ask for them. The staff was very rude and almost refused to give them to us. As we moved the sofa bed while making it --- food under the bed where it had not been clean. I will never stay in this room again and I would suggest that extended stay management needs seriously look at this property. Advise anyone not to stay there.

This is not typical, however unacceptable and will follow up with the staff members with retraining to ensure we are on task with our service goals. Local laws do not allow the sofa beds to be premade, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Our housekeeping team has added a specific line item to their cleaning checklists to address the cleaning under the sofa bed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can improve. I called to confirm reserv. at 5:09 pm and let desk know we would be arriving at about 9pm. Spoke to young lady, everything was good, our reservation was gtd. when we arrived at about 9;30pm, desk clerk told us they did not have our room and we would be given two rooms side by side. (We were traveling with teenage children, not acceptable at all). After having to pitch a fit, the clerk called manager and we were given our room. Sadly, the room she checked us into was not clean. After a long trip, this was not pleasant. The clerk came to the room with new keys to another room that was clean. This time. she apologized, (first time since check in process began). I don't understand why we were put through this in the first place. After we were settled in, the stay was good.
