Great location for Met Life Stadium

No comfy chair or folding "table" to put suitcase on. A/C didn't get cold.

This hotel sucks.

Charges extra for the parking garage next to the hotel. If you don't want to pay, you have to park across the street. It's not far, but they are going to make you pay for convenience. Breakfast is also about $15 extra. There was a sign that said no smoking facility. But the 4th floor hallway had cigarette smell all over. Thankfully, I was only walking past that floor just to do some laundry. The hallways have some strange smell in general. The rooms are dark and didn't feel clean. My friends stayed at Hyatt place across the street for $30 more and it was night and day difference. Parking is free at Hyatt and they had breakfast buffet included. Well worth the extra $. With better and cleaner room, there is really no competition.

Good for the money

Pros: The business center was available, with no cost for printing, and it was close to stores, and restaurants, as well as free parking.
Cons: Get a pool built somewhere in the hotel.
Location: Outback Staeakhouse, Starbucks, Houlihan's, Cosi, Tokyo Buffet, Yogurt place, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Bonefish Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, LA Fitness
It was a good stay for what I needed it for, which was to sleep, in a comfortable, and clean room, and bed. I did not eat in the restaurant, as to me, being in the food industry, wasn't impressive, and limited. This is due in part to the surrounding areas, of restaurants in abundance.. Everything is walkable. The ONLY flaw I saw in staying with the Holiday Inn, was that I booked on expedia.com. When I booked on the site, it gave me an option of king bed, or double beds. I requested in the comment box for a king bed. Upon check in, the front desk agent Rob, saw I booked through expedia.com, and right away, stated he did not have any king beds available. I insisted I wanted to see a manager, and that I would not accept anything less. He quickly obliged, and gave me the king bed room I requested. Other than that, my stay was pleasant, quiet, and accommodating. I would stay here again. It would be nice, if they had a pool, but I utilized the fitness, and business center.

The room was clean convenient to NYC with bus stop outside motel. Several restaurants in complex in Harmon plaza.

really, really nice

Great exercise room - well-stocked with towels, water. The lady at check-in was super friendly and helpful - sorry, i didn't get her name (i was too tired!). Robert (a.m. person) also very, very patient and helpful. downside was the coffee place did not have foods available tht were in the book for room service. Great being on the busline to get into NYC
