Nice Hotel with Easy Access to NYC!!!!

Pros: Hotel was very clean, rooms were nice & bus stop was right across the street & runs frequently! Short trip into the city, will stay again for sure!
Location: Perfect location with quick access into the city at an affordable rate!!
When we arrived we were greeted at the front desk by Jeff, he was so very helpful!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information needed for bus routes/times in and out of the city. When we arrived back to the hotel from our first trip into the city he was in the lobby and made sure to ask us how everything went. It was such a nice gesture!! Very nice rooms, breakfast and great rate, can't wait to come back!!

Location: Location was between Manhattan and Metlife Stadium. It is convenient for us. Sightseeing in the Manhattan and enjoy NFL Jets game!
Hotel Staff had been very supportive. I can recommend this hotel.

Rundown property

We had a two-day stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the bus stop. But the property itself is very rundown. The faucet in the washroom was very loose, about to fall off. The door to the bathroom had many scratches. A small table in the room was barely standing.

Great hotel at very comfortable location

Pros: The bathroom's sink is outside the bathroom. It's an unconventional choice. Didn't bother me this time, it could be annoying to someone.
Cons: All's well.
Everything either matched or exceeded my expectations. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with everything needed, good breakfast, excellent location (incl. comfortable bus line to Port Authority).

Don't stay, your room is not guaranteed!

Cons: Staff and policies. They should care about the guests
I checked in to my prepaid hotel. I get upstairs to find a horrible smoke smell in the hallways as well as the room. I had reserved a king room and turn lights on to see a double bed. I went down and said they gave the wrong room, the receptionist didn't even confirm my room etc upon check in then says oh we do not have king rooms and blamed expedia as the hotel policy does not guarantee your reservation "it's preference." This is stated NOWHERE when i booked or checked in. Since I had already paid and checked in I had them change my room because of the horrible smell. No apologies or anything so I will never be staying here again. The bathroom light did not work so we had to leave the door open to go nor was the sink inside and very small. Horrible service; when expedia called, the manager was talking ill about expedia and the "person who took their room" when I happened to have been sitting right there watching the whole conversation but she didn't know it was regarding me. Extremely unprofessional, I'm sure there are better options. Also, expedia promised to remove this hotel and others like it from the site but clearly no one cares about their one out of many customers.

Stay was nice and hotel is nice. But the breakfast plates are dirty. A lot of the plates still had left over food on them.

Excellent Staff

Pros: Service and Room cleaniness
Cons: Hap to make a U-turn to get from the driveway to the parking garage
Warmly greeted upon arrival by a very polite and pleasant staff member, Serena. She did the paperwork quickly, explained what was necessary and told us to be sure to come for breakfast since it's great. A follow-up call from Serena verified that all was well with the room. Excellent housekeeping service and the plus was a covered walkway to the parking garage, Highly recommend this place.

Gutes Hotel mit super Personal!

Gutes Hotel mit guter Anbindung nach New York. Personal ist sowas von freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Frühstück ist ok, ist halt USA. In New York hätte man kein Hotel für den Preis bekommen, welches auch noch Frühstück anbietet. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub! Daumen hoch!
