Over all it was ok. Here are what I didn’t like: - uncomfortable pillows - very slow service when you call - horrible valet service. They park your car very far. It is not available right away. You have to call an hour before you need it. Also there was a marathon and they didn’t tell me before I chose their service that cars can’t get out. So we stuck in the hotel from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm waiting for our cars after checking out

Wonderful location for Jersey City and to explore Manhattan. Housekeeping was so thoughtful. She asked us if we needed anything when we passed her in the hallway. We just requested more coffee and setups, which she didn’t have. When we returned later, she had left some hanging on our door knob.

Great location super convenient one stop to the World Trade Center mall. We used the valet parking service and they were amazing! I would highly recommend for the location, parking and quiet stay away from the city. The only CON is the outdated state of the rooms - our tub was always full of dirt and debris from a clogged drain..the toilet makes really loud noises..the rooms definitely need an upgrade!

Stayed for 6 days total. Pool unfortunately was closed the first 2 days. Room service was spotty, didn't get condiments for coffee in room 4 out of 6 days. Overall was good along with our view of NYC.

Excellent location on hudson river. One minute walk to Path subway. Clearly we can see Statue Of Liberty through our room wide window. We didn’t tried the buffet as it seems to be expensive. Our room intercom wasn’t working from day 1 and didn’t work even after maintenance guy repaired.House keeping is a minor issue as we complained at reception for solving it.

Absolutely perfect location for wanting to visit NYC, but not stay right in NYC. The Path train is literally right outside the hotel to get you over to the Occulus which then has pretty much every option to grab a subway from there depending on where you want to go. The hotel is very clean and the views from our room were awesome! Room was spacious as well! We had a couch and a roll away bed and still had space in the room! When I go back to NYC, I will definitely stay here again.

Property is good. Rooms need updating especially for the price you per night. Staff I encountered was friendly. Property is next to the PATH subway so going and coming from N.Y. was a breeze. The views were AMAZING. would definitely stay here again if ever in N.Y. again.

The location of the hotel is so convenient to everything. We used the light rail to go to Hoboken instead of driving. Both the Path and ferry to Manhattan are also close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. And the view is amazing of NY skyline.

Great location for a medium price. Cheaper than staying in Manhattan. Much more convenient than staying further away. The "PATH" station is a 30 second walk from the front door of the hotel. This is the New Jersey subway system and will take you across the river to the World Trade Center station (beautiful!), from which you can transfer to several different NYC subway lines. We got a basic room (harbour view?). From there we could see the Southern most tip of Manhattan (not the 1 WTC tower) and Ellis Island, but not the Statue of Liberty. That said, Walk 30 seconds from the front door to the other side of the hotel and there is a beautiful dock from which you can see both, plus the entire Manhattan skyline. I got some beautiful sunrise over Manhattan photos and some great night shots. For us, it was totally worth paying a bit more than what we usually do (we usually go with budget hotels) to be so close. We were tired enough heading back on the subway in the evening that we were happy to not have to travel for too long. There is a beautiful walking/jogging path along that side of the river that is well travelled (ie. safe). There is a pharmacy a 6 min. walk away and a grocery store a 9 min. walk way. Parking was available in a parking garage nearby for a fee. We used the pool and fitness room and both were in good working order. I liked the fact that the hotel was so quiet. No traffic noise, sirens etc. Just silent boats!

For how expensive this hotel was, it was not very clean (finger nails on the bathroom sink counter, trash behind some of the furniture in the room) and it was not updated. No wash clothes in the bathroom either or spare blankets in the room. Very much not worth the money.

The bathroom kept clogging which was extremely frustrating. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where this was a constant issue. It made the stay stressful. We have two younger kids and having to plan around that made the stay unpleasant.

Clean hotel, great front desk staff. Bed had a large dip in the middle. Turned the mattress around and was able to sleep more comfortably avoiding being bent as I am a stomach sleeper. PATH train is very close to hotel so very easy to access Manhattan. Helicopters do fly down the Hudson at all hours and did wake us up a few times during our stay (which is obviously not the hotel's fault). Breakfast buffet was excellent though pricey. Very few options to eat past 11pm in the area (and none at the hotel) unfortunately. Overall a good stay and enjoyed our time.
