3 stars is about rightPosted May 19, 2016
Pros: Definitely the shuttle service. Otherwise, the hotel is not in that convenient of a location.
Cons: See my overall experience above.
Location: Nothing. Close to the Lincoln Tunnel.
Overall hotel was in decent shape. Halls had tile flooring on the sides and carpeting in the middle which is brilliant for rolling luggage around. Room was clean and noise wasn't bad at all for how busy the area was during the day. Wife got stuck in an elevator and there was a lot of human hair on the wall tile around the bath tub which was scary. I hated that they had no hangers for clothes and their iron was quite dirty.

Conveniently located close to NY and major highwayPosted May 11, 2016
The service is good. They have a restaurant on top floor with a beautiful view of NJ; very relaxing. Food was very good and the waitress was excellent and very friendly. The room was very clean, but the bed was very hard. I guess I am used to soft mattresses. Otherwise, I would stay there again on my next trip to NJ.

Clean and elegantPosted Apr 29, 2016
Very nice hotel room. Loved the tile. Room was clean. My only wish was if breakfast was included and not $10 per person. We passed on that due to the high price. The New Jersey transit isn't far from the hotel and is cheaper than the hotel's shuttle to NYC, so that's what we used. They pick you up in front of the Super 8, but drop you off a little farther than that. You get dropped off basically in Time Square.

easy access to NYCPosted Apr 19, 2016
Pros: Again cleanliness and access to City
Location: Work only...............
The overall experience was positive. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean. Towels are low end but multiples available. Major recommendations: make toilets higher and tubs lower! Tubs border on dangerous for someone not particularly agile.

Convenient hotel with decent pricePosted Apr 13, 2016
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Close to Lincoln Tunnel and New York City
Cons: Read comment above
Location: Nearby are great diners that have good food and plenty of it. Otherwise, you have to go into New York City to find things to do.
Hotel is close to New York and the Lincoln Tunnel. Pleasing lobby, although the computers for the guests didn't work. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Fridge and Microwave in our room. A bit noisy from the street traffic out front. We were placed in a handicapped room so the configuration was a bit different, but not unpleasant. The bathroom was very large but lacked a few things: a). a larger shelf needed to be placed to the left of the sink to put toiletries on. There was a shelf, but not nearly large enough; b). There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. When I called down to the desk, they said that I should go to the desk and pick one up. Obviously, there was no maid staff to bring it to our room; c). There was no soap dish or shelf in the shower, so the soap dish was the seat of the handicapped stool. I don't know what I would do if I needed the stool. d). No towel rack near the shower, it was on the other side of a very large bathroom). Went to breakfast at the cafe, just wanted oatmeal. One could only order a breakfast buffet, nothing else. Good points: Bus to NYC. Free parking, Free newspaper, pleasant staff

Great alternative to NY hotelsPosted Apr 8, 2016
We stayed there for 2 nights while visiting NY. The hotel is nice, kind of stylish in its own way (bronze is everywhere) :). There was a shuttle service to NY what was the main reason we chose it (other hotels on the same street use it too). It was perfect as the bus has a special line and can avoid terrible traffic jams in the Lincoln Tunnel. So, we were on the Times Square in about 30 minutes at 10 am. After the day in NY they took us back to the hotel. The rooms are big, nice bedding. There is a restaurant on the top floor. The only issues was that they din't want to give us the 2 rooms on the same floor, saying they didn't have both king bed and 2 beds rooms on the same floor!? We agreed to have 2 rooms with 2 beds but on the same floor. But when we got to our rooms, one was with 2 beds, the other was with king bed. So, they either don't know the inventory, or there was something else behind that.

Hoping to see the lounge but it was down for construction. Didn't say it anywhere until I asked. But overall everything else was great! Staff was nice and polite. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Close to the major routes had a great time
