Lovely stay just wish they would of told me on the phone the jucuzzi didn’t work when I asked..
La Quinta is my choice of hotel when traveling on a budget. I always had good reviews for LaQuinta until I met very rude staff at this location. Not one but 2 different employees were ridiculously rude and terrible at customer service. 6:30 AM I called front desk for a broken / leaky iron and messy ...
I haf a great time. I enjoyed the reclining chair. Thought the bed was a little small. I like the refrigerator and the office space. I liked this hotel and will stay at one in a diffetent city.
Friendly staff. Carpets were dirty, but overall the room was ok. The bus stop wasn't too far to walk to. Expect a 7-10 minute walk. Staff was very helpful to inform us of the bus schedule and had a pamphlet. Took about 20 minutes to get into Manhattan. Not bad at all!!
The doors slam shut, there was tissue clogging the shower drain, called for maintenance and was told that someone would come and after 10mins no one showed up causing me to call back to request another room wasting time having to take all of my stuff back down to get a key.
The room was spacious and the staff was nice and accommodating.
Great hotel loved the view. Friendly and helpful staff.
Perfect for getting over to Manhattan since the ferry arrives at hotel
The fire dept came as we were sleeping so we had to evacuate the building for no reason at all.
It was very unprofessional...bathroom was dirty, and after the check out it took too long for my money to be returned.
I used to live at 70 Greene so when I saw that I could rent a fully furnished room I was excited. If you know the area it is super convenient to get to the World Trade Center and Penn Stetion via the Path train. Good bar and market downstairs and a lot of good restaurants in the area.
The building itself was nice, and upscale, they gym, the commons area, all of that, great. The room, was awful. Terrible bed, terrible stained carpet. Had to buy our own toilet paper. The carpet smelled so bad of pee, it was hard to be in there. Needs a total renovation.
The hotel was great. Had fantastic view of New York from the 39th floor. Also had a game room for the kids. I would definitely stay there again!
A very nice place to stay, near the Hudson and only a few minutes away from two PATH station with fast access to either Midtown or Downtown Manhatten. A aupermarket and a large outlet center are within a few minutes of walking.wwww
The first day on arrival, the hallway and the elevator had this heavy smell of marijuana. After settled in the room, I noticed the kitchen sink was plugged. I notified the front deck but it was too late of the day, no one was available to fix it. There wasn’t any other room available for me to move ...
Hidden fees attached to room. Do not see until your stay is over and you pull up your credit report. Also, parking is no good
Clean and close to the city....just what we were looking for!
Great experience. Excellent breakfast. Walked to convention center. Great dining nearby.
They are rip off don’t go to this location I had gotta charge without me stay at the location I had a death in the family my mind wasn’t worried about the hotel and I called the next day because I was charged for that room without being there. The money they took was for my daughter so thank you ...
Comfy stay , tv channels could’ve been better but overall good stay
