I personally did not like the location.

The rooms and beds were fine, I just didn't care for the location. I only stayed 1 night and it was close enough to the airport so that made it fine.

Nice hotel to stay

Everything was good for us except the room AC was not fully functional. But would recommend this hotel for stay

This was a great location when visiting the city and MetLife stadium. The shuttle service to and from Time Square made our trip extra nice. It was on time and well organized. The hotel location is kinda far from local stores and restaurants - not much nearby to walk to so having a car was super helpful but overall a great stay.

High traffic area very loud.

Don't expect to get a good night sleep. High traffic area lots of noise all night long. Hotel needs better windows to offset the noise. Not much to see here or do. If your visiting NYC your in luck the shuttle takes you to the city and back. The house keeping staff doesn't speak English so it's a barrier if you need something. We found a odd stain on the curtin hoping it was a food stain and nothing more. The shelf in the bathroom shower was broken. The bathroom is large and does have a exhaust fan. The shower needs a overhaul. The carpet was old and a little sticky. The microwave and fridge worked great. The bed was comfortible as well as the pillows.

Close to NYC Price Fair

Pros: Friendly staff. Location near Teterboro and Hoboken. Breakfast was good. Nice restaurant next door.
Cons: Clean up grounds trashy pallets around dumpster etc. Fix plumbing issues. Only one small elevator. Train housekeeping to give guests elevator priority
Location: NYC, Stevens Institute of Technology.
My chip credit card would not read or scan. They did not have the capability of entering in the numbers manually. Told me I needed another card. We would have had to look for another hotel if I did not have another card. Worked fine everywhere else we went. In the morning the housekeeping crew held the elevator open a few minutes so you could not use it. Use the stairs. Sink faucet would not shut off. Constant flow of dripping water. Did not report it. Shower head would not work properly, low pressure.

Convenient stay near NYC

This was a great stay! We were traveling to NYC, but did not want to pay the outrages rates that are available in the city. This Comfort suites was just right! Not too pricey but enough to guarantee a mice stay with a great breakfast spread. They have an outside company that can shuttle you in and out of the city for 15 bucks each person, roundtrip. We opted to drive to Journal square to take the PATH into the city. We found a low cost parking lot and had the flexibility to return when we wanted. It was just great overall! Definitely recommend!

It was good , but the chairs were dirty and stained and the bathtub clogged up on the first use. Breakfast was good !
