This property failed to return my security deposits for two different stays. I had to call them to get the situation resolved, and have now received both of my deposits back. For the record, this is the second time they have done this. The first time, there was an issue with their payment system, and once I reached out, they were able to resolve the issue. However, it seems like this is a trend, and travellers need to be warned that their deposits might not be returned to them until they reach out to the property.

Is a great apartment with better views. Only thing is there is no way to block the light in the morning so you can't sleep late.

The location of this property is great! The room is nice, and the view is spectacular. I feel that the communication from this property can be a bit scary; there are many rules to abide by that make it seem like you will be charged for something incidental. Also, I had to reach out to property management to receive my refund for the $250 incidental deposit.
