Freedom Tower /Lower Manhattan view

Beautiful lobby and lovely well appointed room. Love the shampoo and lavender oil. I brought other guests and hosted a graduation dinner at Fire &I Oak. Other in my party were given breakfast vouchers. I was not. The refrigerator was not cold enough. Stylish bathroom. Fast elevators. Great location. Front desk staff too our group photo and was so accommodating.

Bad stuff for parking

Pros: The room it's clean.
Location: Very good location to visit NY.
The breakfast is ordinary. The parking service is very bad if you don’t take the valet parking, the stuff is very aggressive to leave very quickly (the parking in the front of the hotel). You can’t stay 10 minutes to take the your luggage, because is PRIVATE PROPERTY ?!?! Only if you pay a valet service !!! Wow !!! I spoke with the manager, but the man from the valet stuff doesn’t change his habits: was very unpleasant and very aggressive. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice size and I thought the location was very convenient.

Nice hotel with terrible food

Pros: Very clean. Big rooms. Nice clean bathrooms.
Cons: The breakfast quality needs to be drastically improved. Hire a good chef and don't price gouge your guests.
I'm picky about cleanliness of hotels and this one was good with very attentive staff. They lost a star because the breakfast was atrociously expensive and terrible. I simply don't understand how scrambled eggs and salmon with shredded lettuce and some weird smelling sauce on a stale tortilla can be $19.

Check in and out was a breeze and staff was amazing. Also, we ate at the restaurant on the premises and enjoyed our dinner. Our waiter was extremely attentive throughout the meal. Would definitely stay there again.

Usual great stay at Westin

We stay here often while visiting daughter and have also suggested it to neighbors who have also stayed and enjoyed the facility. Kudos to your manager Patrick Kavanough (spelling) who is terrific and the women who is the greeter/cashier at the restaurant in the mornings, she is so polite and accommodating...

The hotel room was great the view was amazing the only thing I didn't like was the service at the restaurant fire & oak the service needs to improve. We got there the hostess said there were no tables available and the restaurant was almost empty we asked how long it's the waiting time she said 45 minutes then 5 minutes later she said there is a table available for you guys that table was always empty. Then the waiting brought us 2 glasses of water as per request and we ordered our food and wine and the waiter took forever to refill our glass of water other than that I was really happy with my reservation.
