Nice hotel we were room 318 - room was lovely. Windows only single panel so Saturday night 10.30 trying to get kids to sleep was extremely noisy, felt like we were sat in the bar below! would be good to have air con and double glazing! Didn't have breakfast as too expensive went to costa around the corner!

Nice hotelPosted Jul 14, 2017
Pros: close to town centre.
Cons: bar staff training for the older workers.
Location: close to park, shops, bus stops
Nice hotel with most of the staff being friendly except for a older white barman who can be quite rude at times. Close to main shopping area of the town, car parking available.

Nice hotel near the centre of town and my sister.Posted Jul 13, 2017
Pros: Excellent friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Great restaurant.
Cons: Get some air conditioning in the front bedrooms.
Location: Very handy to walk to the main shopping centre, and harbour front. Plenty of eating places near by.
Very nice hotel, with excellent staff and service. Made a good base for us to visit my sister who lives just around the corner.Very handy to the centre of town. Easy walk. Only complaint was that our room got too hot from the sun with no air conditioning. Open the windows, and the traffic noise was loud. The portable fan only circulated the hot air.

Bank Holiday Quick breakPosted May 1, 2017
The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were very good and friendly. The bar was a mix of tourist and local which added to the character of the bar. Breakfast was as expected, basic but did the job. Location to town was good, just far enough out to not be noisy at night.

close to shops and cafes in st helierPosted Feb 20, 2017
Pros: Position. Quiet. Good food. Generous family room.
Cons: the weather ! As I mentioned..the condensation on windows, but this did not detract from the great overall performance
Location: Near to small local supermarkets. Short walk to main shopping areas. From Liberation Bus Station 15-20 mins, passing thro' shops
Arrived at the Hotel at 10am to leave luggage , only to find room was available straight away , saving us the hassle of getting in later . Staff were great. Family room was generous for 2 plus 2 teenagers. Though some condensation on deep windowsills..so care required in morning. Overall thoroughly recommend. Walk to town 10 mins max. Quiet on top floor. Great food. Service unobtrusive. Would book again.

Room cold and heating not switched on. Breakfast service chaotic and luke warm food. Not a good experience.

The only issue was with the size of the car park, there were alternative arrangements but this involved a good walk, no much fun in the rain. The staff were excellent throughout all areas of the hotel!!
