Good looking hotel in city centre

Pros: Very little.
Cons: Bedrooms need decorating and re-equiping. Hotel management is poor, annd staff need customer training
Location: City centre position was good
Public spaces looked good but bedrooms were tired and not very clean. Bathroom sub-standard. Staff unhelpful and quite rude. Overall badly managed hotel; I thought Crown Plaza hotels were supposed to be upmarket - not this one! A very poor experience.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights; the facilities are bad and very boring hotel; room had bad smell; and you feel it is not like more than 3 stars hotel; even they do not check if you have water to drink in the room. Nothing to do ; internet slow and housekeeping was not good at all; I have heard the house keeper saying that guests are not clean with loud voice; they are rude; and really was stupid decision I had made.

Nice Hotel

Pleasant experience!! The room conditions was excellente, the hotel is a little bit away from the old city but has a mall nearby and places to eat.

Very pleasant short break

Pros: Staff were pleasant. Loved the indoor heated pool )in the middle of winter) and the gym, spa facilities. Had a great view from our 13th room.
Cons: There could be a wider choice of TV channels, with more English movies.
Location: Near to Central Bus Station with access to much of Jerusalem. Also nice restaurants close by.
We needed to recharge the batteries, and only had a couple of days free, so we booked the hotel for one night. It felt like we'd been away a lot longer! Very relaxing stay.

Used to be a beautiful hotel.

Pros: only the view
Cons: some control over ultra religious visitors to the hotel who run riot all over the hotel with no respect for others. need to update rooms.
Location: very little to do without transport and on Friday and Saturday would be very difficult to stay in this hotel
The check in was quick very pleasing front office staff but that is where my experience ended. I had stayed many times in this hotel when it used to be the Hilton and then when it was taken over by holiday inn both were very good. Now it is reduced to at best a poor 3 star hotel to join the list of once good hotels in Israel. the hotel is looking very tired not enough staff on duty the quality of the rooms is at best early 1970's dirty carpet remote not working for TV leaking shower toilet U bend with signs of previous occupants. Heating room controls that I think came out of biblical times with almost no control of the heating.

convienient and Great Hotel

Too many crazy guests!

Problem was too many people in public areas such as breakfast/lunch hall and pool area. Overcrowding made experience chaotic and unpleasant

Great Location terrible Noise

The hotel is in a great location. However impossible to sleep at night due to major construction that is being done all night long next to the hotel. Even with air conditioning on all night noise level is terrible!
