The crowne plaza is a lovely hotel. They have a very nice heated pool. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. Descent restaurants that are reasonably priced. Staff are polite. Hotel is safe. I would stay there again.

Swimming pool heated was very nice. Hotel is big and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Hotel was safe. Restaurants on sight were good. Bathrooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel.

A experiência no hotel foi ruim no quesito conforto no quarto. O ar condicionado não funcionava para temperatura ambiente ou frio. Quando reclamei junto à manutenção e na recepção, consegui um up-grade para um um quarto maior, porém, com o mesmo problema de ar condicionado. Chamei mais uma vez o pessoal da manutenção e desta vez tive que ouvir algo inacreditável: no inverno/outono o hotel desliga o ar condicionado frio, restando apenas o ar quente de calefação. Não existe meio termo e não existe ventilação. O quarto é todo fechado e portanto tive que conviver com calor insuportável. Para conseguir dormir, tive que pedir para abrir janela do quarto e acabei ouvindo muito barulho de caros pois o hotel encontra-se em avenida de movimento expresso. No primeiro quarto, uma garrafa térmica que aquece agua para chá ou café apresentava sujeira e pior, bolor que é um perigo se ingerido por infecção bacteriana é muito grave.

Not up to the Normal Crowne Plaza QualityPosted Nov 4, 2015
Location: It is connected to the International Conference Center and a short walk from the Cinema City mall. Restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk.
We have been here 5 nights and have 4 more. The hotel is good. It is clean and nice, but not the normal high quality of a Crowne Plaza. We asked for a king bed and have a room with two twin beds pushed together that have separate coverings. The beds slide apart and one of us every night falls in the crack between beds. We have tried to order room service twice, both times, it took 4 or 5 calls to get someone to answer, but once they answered, they were nice and the food delivered was good quality and took exactly as long as they estimated. The button on the phone labeled "Room Service" is programmed with the wrong number, so does not actually ring room service. We had two minor problems with our room on different days (safe would not open, just gave an error and refrigerator started making a loud noise like the fan was failing). In both instances, we called the front desk and it took them a very long time to respond. They said someone would be right up, but we had to call 3 or 4 times at 20 minute intervals. One of the occasions, I had to go to the front desk to get someone to come to the room to fix the problem. The breakfast and lunch is good, but if you want an omelet, it takes about 10 minutes to cook one and if you walk away, he will give your omelet to someone else. We wanted to use the gym here, but there is a supplement of 50 NIS ($13 USD) per visit to the gym. Overall, the hotel is safe, secure, and clean. No drawers in room - still waiting for them to look at this. Took multiple requests to get more than 5 hangers for 2 people. Wifi experience was very frustrating. Dusty room with a phone that had hair on the cradle.

Das Hotelzimmer und das Bad waren ungepflegt, der Teppich fleckig, die Ausstattung der Zimmer trotz gleicher Bezahlung und gemeinsamer Buchung sehr unterschiedlich. Wegen der schlechten Luft, die aus der Lüftung kommt, muss man bei offener Balkontür schlafen. Dadurch ist es so laut, dass man nicht einmal mehr den Fernseher verstehen kann. Das kann allerdings in anderen Zimmern weniger schlimm sein.

We stay for couple days only. However, we were very happy with location. It is close to the bus station and if you use a taxi to Western Wall it is short trip too. We will stay there next time for sure.
