Pleasant stay but cramped roomsPosted Oct 27, 2015
Pros: walking distance from shops and restaurants. centrally located
Cons: Provide your customers with wash clothes every night and bottle water. Provide regular hair dryers, and consider getting rid of twin beds
not bad if you are just spending one night. the rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. No matter what we did there was always water everywhere from taking a shower as they only had 1/2 door. All the other hotels we stayed at during our visit to Israel provided us with bottled water every night except this one . The hair dryer handle area got so hot i had to stop several times in order to dry my hair, it would be better if they provided regular hair dryers. The Beds were two twin beds side by side and individually made, thence falling in the crack if you wanted to get close to your spouse. I would only consider staying here for one night but no more than that.

Tolle Hotel am Altstadt von JerusalemPosted Sep 9, 2015
Pros: Die Lage und moderne Einrichtung, und sehr nette Personal.
Cons: Weiter so!

Nice Hotel which was very well situated.Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Good location, friendly staff and excellent service.
Cons: Parking is a real problem, which needs to be addressed in some way as we had rented a car and struggled to find a free spot.
Location: Well situated near to the Old City and the Mamilla Mall. Lots of historic sites to visit within less than quarter of an hour's walking distance.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help when asked. We were given a free upgrade which was very welcome. I would happily stay here again in the future.

All the little things are very poor and add upPosted Aug 13, 2015
The staff are very rude and make you feel as if you are doing them the favour of being there. Lots of little things were broken in the room and when I asked for an iron to be brought up it stained my new shirt. Service is poor and food is overly expensive whilst being average in quality. The breakfast was good and the pool, although small and without enough sun shades, was pleasant. Lunch at the pool is also poor.
