Check-in was a nightmare of no personnel, followed by assertions that our reservation didn't include breakfast. (They eventually agreed to let us have breakfast.)
The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the property overall was shabby. Breakfast was adequate, but not on par with other modest hotels where we've stayed.
On Saturday night, we arrived back at the hotel to find the door locked and no guests or employees in sight. (We did not have our phones with us, either, because this was immediately after the Sabbath had ended.) Finally, I called out to a couple that was strolling by, and they kindly took the time to help me phone for help. The employee who answered, who was physically at an affiliated property, said "You mean nobody gave you the code??" No, nobody had!
