Unbelievable hotel. Remarkable service.

I have stayed at many hotels all over the world, but nothing is like Mamilla. It is truly one of a kind. From the minute I checked in to the minute I checked out, they make you feel welcome and anticipate your every need. A five star jewel

Location: El hotel Mamilla excelente ubicación respecto a los atractivos turísticos y religiosos más importantes de la ciudad santa de Jerusalén
Excelente hotel en una ubicación única por su cercanía a sitos de interés, habitaciones impecables, modernas y muy cómodas donde la atención de todo el personal te hacen sentir como en casa, muy buen desayuno y excelente restaurante

Great location , but

Location: Theirs city and wall is close , amaizing view of you get a room with a view . Most rooms don't have view .
Beautiful design hotel great location. They don't respect VIP benefits . The room above urs ( suite) was fre,e we asked to be upgraded . The manager said they only upgrade from studio one up. I told him on the web site it doesn't mention and also at Expedia , but they stayed with their way. Breakfast was ok, not 5 star . We had two massages. One was good the other one was really not, I mentioned it but they didn't care really.

Convenient location and good food

The hotel rooms lack enough lighting. There is no desk in the room. The bathroom has limited space to store toiletries. The location is very good. The rooftop restaurant is enjoyable. Above all the bed and pillows are among the best I gave encountered.

nice hotel with very good service

Pros: Views and location
Cons: The bathroom is not so confortable. The shower spills water alll over.
Location: Good Location, great view from the top.
We had a very nice time, we enjoyed dinning in the hotel restaurantes. very good service.

SUPER HÔTEL

Super hôtel dans le centre de Jérusalem, au pied de la vielle ville. Un personnel aux petits soins (surtout Stéphane à la réception). Des chambres très confortables. Une ambiance musicale exceptionnelle dans tous les points de restauration de l'établissement. Nous y retournerons.

Terrible

My whole experience from check in to check out was horrible! My first room that I was given was above a bar so was noisy and I couldn't sleep. Second room had no electricity. Bathrooms were tiny very bad lighting, no view, no balcony, room was not clean and wasn't cleaned properly even after Iv asked! I hated staying there I will never stay there again it's very expensive and I would rate it as 2 star definitely not 5!!!!
