Stay at Prima Kings hotel in Jerusalem

We were received very cordially and our bags were taken to our room promptly. The hallways are kept nicely and the room was roomy and presentable enough for the use it would serve on our trip to Israel. The room was cleaned up nicely each day, and we were given whatever we needed. The dining room was very nice, the food was presented very well, and we enjoyed each meal.

Location is great. Room was small but clean. Fine for one person but would have been tight with more. My room had a nice balcony.

Great Jerusalem location

Jerusalem is a unique place, with some of the world's most important sites. Prima Kings was very well located for us to tour.

Decent nothing fancy, great breakfast.

Pros: Great breakfast.
Cons: Showers very cramped.
Location: Great location walk to everything or short cab ride from anywhere in Jerusalem
We were given an early check in, parking was around back and we were charged 30 shekel a day staff was helpful bed was comfortable tv had a wealth of available stations. bathroom was clean although tub/shower was very cramped and not very comfortable to shower in. Overall you get what you pay for.

no parking

Pros: Location, decent pricing.
Cons: The staff (needs to be more courteous) and need to do something about the lack of parking.
Location: The location was good and in walking distance to the old city which was great.
Not happy with the staff. Some of the staff, not all, were not friendly at all. There was no parking so we had to find parking on the street, many times several blocks away. The room itself was fine but the bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. The breakfast had a decent variety but again some of the staff were not very polite and the food that should have been hot was barely warm.

Temperature in the room. We arrived around noon.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Comfort
The temperature in the room read 20C with the AC running We went out, came back about 3 pm. Went out again at about 3:45 pm. Came back at about 10 pm. AC was still running and it was quite cool in the room, for that time of night. I could not stop the AC & called room service . After some back & forth calls I was told that the that the AC could be shut down, but the heat could not be turned on. Even though I could not understand that the AC could be turned off centrally but we could not get heat turned on. WE opted for the AC to be turned off, which it was. The only warmth we could get the second day was from the outside sun to warm the room as the temperature dropped from mid/late afternoon. We left the Kings at 5:30 pm and arrived back about 10 p.m. Still no heat which never came on when we checked out at 11 a.m. This is unacceptable for the quality of comfort of how the Prima Kings Hotel is rated Gerald & Sheila Sone

Hotel is getting a bit dated. The staff are nice and they try hard. The hotel can use some upgrades
