Pretty decent hotel, was satisfied with my stay

Pros: Small and Homey, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: I encountered one cleaning staff member that was rude. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant experience with all other staff members. They where accommodat
Hotel is very nice and clean. The room was pretty small, however it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast meals where delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are accommodating. Very pretty grounds. Parking garage was available on the premises. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Pros: excellent location
Cons: BIGGER ROOM OFFERS
PRIMA IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF JERUSALIM AND IT IS EASY TO GET AROUND ALL OVER

Definitely not as advertised. An epic fail.

Not as advertised. Room was tiny. Staff and concierge were not knowledgeable and were rude. no amenities. Restaurant was never staffed and the only one we ever encountered was more than rude. no consistent cab service available. money exchange rate was not competitive. no ice or soda machine. front gate answered inconsistently. I also read the reviews prior to my stay and either they stayed at another hotel or only the highest ratings were shown.
