Completely overpriced with bad service.Posted Jul 10, 2015 on Hotels
The carpet in the room had stains, there was no mineral water, no minibar, a broken down fridge, minimal nescafe (no decaf, no sweetener, no milk), the cable on the water kettle was too short to reach a socket, no room service menu, phone was unpluggled. All this for $218 per night (excluding VAT). Did NOT include breakfast, which was very expensive and offered nasty thin coffee, as well as stale croissants (I didn't try the rest of the buffet). When I asked for stronger coffee, they brought me (hold your breath) a little bag of commercial Turkish coffee and hot water. Lots of waiters doing nothing. Lunch in the dining room was cold and sparse, although reasonably priced. When I complained to the manager on duty about the room and the breakfast, he shrugged and said I should stay elsewhere. In short: not a 5 star hotel, and completely overpriced for minimal service. Don't stay there unless desperate.

Disappointing Jerusalem HotelPosted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: It is close to the light rail, which meant getting to the more interesting parts of the city was not too difficult.
Cons: Staff should be told to be more friendly, and more information should be offered in the rooms and by the staff.
Location: Nothing nearby of interest to the average tourist.
The hotel is situated far away from any restaurants or shops, meaning that you have to take taxis or public transit for even the most basic purchase. Staff are not overly friendly, and there is virtually nothing offered in the rooms to assist visitors. While the lobby appears to have been renovated, the rooms are dated, although reasonably comfortable. On future trips, I will stay in an a part of the city with more to do than in this area.

Tomamos la habitacion ejecutiva, esto da un acceso a un salon VIP que brinda bebidas cafe y algo de comida liviana gratis en todo momento, lo que fue ideal para recibir a amigos y familiares que venian a visitarnos.

Unresponsive staff members. Uncomfortable rooms Horrible parking facility Terrible (as in - the worse I have EVER seen) internet connection. Even when I stay in india in some horrible hotel I get a considerably better connection. If you have to do any work - it is impossible, page loads take minutes. The connection sported a 160-50K connection speed (this is equivalent to an old telephony modem). There are much better hotels, that go cheaper, that you can stay in.
