"just wanted to provide feedback for our stay at 80 Murray Street, Callala Bay from 28/10-2/11, as nothing has been acknowledged via your message system. I have provided a screenshot of this, as I received messages from you to take out the rubbish, and to inform us that certain necessities were supplied for the first 24 hours of our stay (which they were not), however it seems my message to you was not read.
Firstly, the place was not clean, there was layers of dust around and dead bugs on...
