Room not available
We'd booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived with our children we were told there was a problem with the bathroom and so we couldn't have the rooms. The reception staff were a little bit apologetic, and they had booked us in to another hotel in another part of Jesolo, and had arranged to transfer the payment from Hotel Germania, and they paid for a taxi to get us there, but we didn't have any choice about the alternative hotel they'd booked. We suspected that they had just overbooked the rooms and didn't want to admit it.
