“The property was close to town. Which was good. The room lacked a garbage can, other than the tiny one in the bathroom. There were no hand towel holders, which would have been convenient. Also a handheld shower sprayer would be nice. The street noise was very loud. No place to walk the dog.”

“I’m not going into details but we won’t stay there again . I don’t like leaving bad reviews but for the price we paid and the unclean bathtub and broken down furniture and rustled lamps on the room and water on floor we don’t know where it was coming from was enough to make a decision we would not ever go back.”

“Great place for the price. Loved the doggy yard! While we appreciate the contactless check-in, we missed having the ability to get a few more towels/toilet paper, etc. Outlets are little loose surely due to age of the place. There’s a bus stop nearby with frequent passerbys. We walked to the donut shop one morning which was a plus. Gas station is walkable also. Beds were comfy enough and kitchenette was helpful! Overall, we would probably like to stay a little closer to the downtown area next……

“What a wonderful place to stay in downtown Hot Springs. The evening happy hour and breakfast was welcoming & convenient. Our suite was perfect & comfortable, & staff made our stay great!”

“I have a family of five and looked forward to staying at such a high rated hotel. We booked the suite and at first everything looked wonderful, but as we settled in we found that the fridge was unplugged and would take 8 hours to just get cold. As we were only staying one night this prevented us from keeping our children’s snacks and drinks refrigerated. The kids were very much looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but that didn’t work out as the smell of chlorine was overpowering and……

“Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!”

“Absolutely scary to stay at. Should had turned around but I believed the pics. And missed the cancelation window. Holes in walls. Hair on comforter.. remote broken. Plugs taped over. Fridge not plugged in. Extension cord to plug in lamp from across floor. People sitting out front of their rooms till 1am. I slept with a knife under my pillow. And barricaded the door eith furniture. Especially since it only had 1 flemisy lock on it. Bed was rock hard.”
