"Kaleo Hotel is very well located, clean, and has a beautiful and pleasant design. It is conveniently located near the Zona Rosa, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The main issue during our stay was the noise. Our room was directly above the kitchen and restaurant, so we could hear the sound of dishes and restaurant activity until closing time. Another inconvenience was a chair located in the hallway directly in front of Room 01. Another guest would sit there and talk on the phone using the speaker, even early in the morning. Since the chair was only a few steps from our door, the conversation could be heard clearly inside our room. Despite these issues, I would stay at Kaleo Hotel again. I would simply recommend requesting a room away from the kitchen, restaurant, and common areas, especially if you are sensitive to noise."
