We were in Bali for a day for a short anniversary celebration holiday. The staff at Le Meridien were very friendly and accommodating, we needed to be picked up at the airport as well as checked-in early, both of which they sorted out with very short notice. We were moved into a smaller room at first, which was not very nice and it took a bit of time for us to be moved to the lagoon access room we paid for. But the enthusiastic service of the bar staff on the day, the gorgeous pool and the delicious breakfast made up for it! I'm definitely going back here for a longer stay.

We like the location as it’s very near the beach and the staff are very friendly. Smiley, Alit and Krishna are very helpful and lovely. My 8 year old love them! LeMeridien needs to sort out their pool though, as the tiles is uneven, so my daughter had a few scratches on her toes.
