I check in at 7pm, front desk service didn't accept my booking even I give my vouchers with confirmation number,they don't know what is hotel.com,finally they charge me extra money and give me a rubbish room with a very small window,last day I have chance to speak to the manager and change another room, Carpet ,curtain and bath room is very dirty, live in this hotel is like a nightmare

酒店與照片不符，照片應該是二十年前的。大廳有家衣服店，所有地毯是髒的！房間也是很髒，淋浴間的門是壞的，早餐是垃圾！如家好五十倍
