I ran away from this hotel from the first night. The room was full of bugs, dirty, and like trash. Staff unfriendly and careless and I even tried to call the police to close this hotel but nobody speaks English. I didn't check the kitchen but I am sure it would be full of rats and insects. Expedia until now didn't refund me the money, I am not sure why. I have pictures and proofs and I will sue this Trash hotel as no human being should approach this hotel.

Breakfast needs to be better with more choices and also sevice must improve a lot. The greeting staff at breakfast could greet customers with a small smile. Reception staff is good and helpful.

Good Location,cheap hotel
Hotel is okay. Decaying around the edges. No ht water in the evening. Great Location. Reception couldn't locate my booking when I rang . No trouble when we rocked up.

It seems the management is different than before
I think that the rooms are not bad. Several years before I stayed at this hotel and it was quite different. When arriving, seems all the team busy for only one client. The breakfast became very poor! I made an observation to the "Chef" concerning the butter that is placed just on the Bread toaster. I insisted to place it at another place with some ice instead to leave it in the heating area. Other guys not very polite. On the other side, I saw that some waitress were more professional in their behavior.

Good location
Very cold in the lobby and halls, no heaters, the rooms are Ok but I paid extra for a higher floor but they gave me 3rd floor and old room in an old building in section B, I tried to changed the keep telling me no rooms available, but I paid and made reservations a month before!

Welcome to the hell
Planned to stay 3 nights and at the first 5 minutes I call expedia to cancel the rest of my trip. The called B apartment is the way to HELL , you need walk at least 10 minutes .. take 2 elevators .. also so many curves .. feels like hotel was built to make guests in a hell . at the moment I got to my room bad smell .. many insects ... outside of street .. all beer bars .. all loud sounds from outside .. the windows wasn't enough good to block the sounds from outside. The worst part was the bathroom , so dirty , the furnitures inside of bathroom was completely destroyed and they didn't care to replace or fix . I don't know about the breakfast .. didn't have the courage to eat ... The staff ??? They don't know what smile means .. what service business means .. makes me feel they are giving me the room for free .. ridiculous staff . 4 stars ?? Whoever rate this hotel good is completely non sense person.

i am very very upset with hotels .com as i took my family for a holiday while i worked the advertising was false about the hotel. no SPA no Sauna No swimming pool i chose this hotel because of this i want a refund as it spoiled my family holiday

A business trip to Yiwu
I was pleased with everything. The staff was nice. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is fantastic. If you are staying in B building try to stay in floors higher than 4th because of traffic noise and the hotel is surrounded by cafes people sit there and talk loud till 2:00 am it gets disturbing if you try to sleep early.

It's an OK Hotel
The location is good. The hotel is full of Arabic people doing business. My only complaint is during the breakfast time which can be very crowded. Although the breakfast starts at 7am, when I went down at 7:05 it was not ready yet. Perhaps a better management would take care of it. Overall it's ok.

Building B is far away from the main entrance
The Hotel is very good but the location of my room was in building B where they have renovation works and it is far away from the main entrance; The hotel staff are very cooperative and the rooms are very clean.

The workers at this place need a crash course in courtesy, customer service and English...in that order! They do everything at a snails pace and they just don't care about servicing their client base who ultimately pays their salaries. Just very frustrating and disappointing.

Hotel in the middle of the City
When I booked, the description suggested a sauna, and a pool... they don't exist. The staff hardly speak ANY English and you can actually feel the resentment and rascism against foreigners by many of the staff... it clear, its evident and it's disgusting. If you need a cab, you need to go get one yourself on the street, even though there always one idiot outside doing something...what..only the gloeious hotel management must know. This hotel has AMAZING potential...but lacks any sense of organization and staff training. Stayed 2 night and the LAST NIGHT, had a front desk clerk knock on my door and wanted to see if I was alone or not? What nonsense was this? The last straw was upon checkout...the maid had forgotten to replenish my coffee for the morning so I used the expresso coffee machine and one coffee pod... they HAD to charge my 5 yuan... I don't mind paying it at all, but can I charge for not having coffee in my room as advertised????? This is a stipid hotel with very stupid people!

needed breakfast voucher as room included voucher meant to come each day which it did not so every morning argue with breakfast staff why we have no voucher.. air con set to hotel standard so I spent each night on top bed with windows open trying to get some fresh air and heat down. hotel badly needs upgrade.

Everybody smok in everywhere os awful. The food was very bad and nobody speak English. Is near from Yiwu market but it's nothing close to eat. The rooms are very clean and are comfortable.

This hotel has seen better days.
Room was in need of renovation. Carpet was worn out. Air conditioning was marginal. And it was not very clean. The staff was friendly but few spoke English. There was a McDonalds and KFC around the corner for those looking for western food. It would not be my first choice of hotels when returning to Yiwu.
