جيده لكن محتويات الحمام لشخص واحد مثال الشامبو والصابون والأدوات غير مكتملة لا يوجد فرش أسنان وأعواد إذن وقطن وغيره

the best about this hotel is the location which is in top of a high mountain in al hada area. securety in the gate is available . parking also is available. but the darkside of this hotel is much worse . during my check in process in the hotel the guy on the reception was unrespectful to me and was very unpolite . he did not even applogise which refect how unproffesional ge was . this first impression was true even to the cleaners in the room they did not show much proffessionalism when we asked from them anything. the room generally was fair enough but very old and need to be refurnished. my room had breakfast included and let me tell you this it was very boring with no change at all of the variety of food. i stayed for 5 nights and in the last day i only drink coffee with 2 pastries because every thing was the same and not good. the coffee bar in the GF was always empty and i had to wait for him long time or even enter the kithchen to find him . and much negative points over all you should expect to stay in 3 or even 2 stars hotel service but with 5 star location i will reconmend going to it if other major hotels are more expensive or not available . i advice the the main managment of merdian hotel braanches to have look to what is wrong with this hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and we experienced a range of disappointments: everything from inability to have a cup of coffee (they said that caffeine is banned in KSA, so only decaf was available) to the absence of buttons on the phone in the room, no phone numbers listed anywhere in the room. There was a menu to order to the room and there was no phone number. For everything we had to go down to the lobby and talk to the person at reception. They just fail to provide simple general information to the guests and level of service is low.
