Terrible staff !!! Husband left his wallet at the front desk . A honest staff member told him he had left it . When he went to pick up everyone at front desk was going through it !!! Money cards and drivers license was all taken out ! We always stay here ! This was so disappointing!

The staff could not have been any friendlier. They were very accommodating to my requests. The property is not fancy but it was clean and in good condition. The gardens, the pool and the fountain were very nice. The bed was very comfortable with pillows of different softness and labeled! The hotel is within very close walking distance to regular shopping, drug stores, supermarkets, convenience stores and to places to eat. There is food at the hotel (buffet breakfast) and a kitchen where you can order food until fairly late at night, including some alcoholic beverages. Even though the hotel is located on a busy federal highway, it was not noisy, especially if you get a room at the end of the hallway: very quiet. Very recommendable.

Brand new hotel ,rooms are good, pool is excellent. Breakfast just average. On big downside of pool area is sewage odor near lower garden area.

Terrible toilet paper, basic bathroom. Just soap and body lotion. Rouge bed sheets.old carpet. Personal not amigable, poor express breakfast. Cold food .

From the very beginning, you noticed the 24hr security guard and controlled access to the hotel. Then you are greeted by the desk staff and receive help with a friendly attitude. The free hot breakfast buffet is really good. The guys helping at the buffet are fast and friendly as well. The rooms are very clean.

We stayed in the governors suite, it was nice and spacious with two rooms, sofa bed in the living/dining room area and two semi-accessible restrooms, one in each room. Plenty of water bottles inside the rooms and small little store that sells drinks and basic stuff -over the counter meds, hats, swimming suits… We had two wheelchairs with us and the hotel is pretty much accessible, except for the parking lot inside the hotel, which is secured, and the swimming pool area because the ramps are very steep, so you would need a few people to get the wheelchairs down safely. Breakfast buffet was great, with many healthy options and good customer service. A couple of us developed allergies inside the room, possibly because of the a/c filters or carpet, we’re not really sure. On the other hand, jacuzzi is small and water was not hot for a jacuzzi, so some small children were in it and we couldn’t use it.

The location and the breakfast buffet were super. The staff was awesome and friendly. Plenty of parking and the amenities were amazing. Even though is right on the main road it was surprisingly quiet inside the hotel and we were able to sleep like a baby.

Clean and convenient. Nice pool area. Decent breakfast buffet, actually better than expected. Rooms are fine. No dining in the premises or close-by other than vending machine. 1 beer at the reception was MXN$50 (retail MXN$18). There were no towels in the rooms and it took a while to get them because "they were coming out of the dryer" according to the staff. Acceptable for the price tag in a week-end.

Arrived at 6:00 pm and the room was not ready. They made us wait 45 minutes until the room was done, putting up very lame excuses for not have it ready by 3:00 pm which is their standard check-in time.

We come to this hotel as it's convenient, a pleasant stay and we know what to expect. I think now might be a suitable time to change the mattresses though - the beds aren't as comfortable as they once were. Having said that, we will return soon.

The check-in was incredible easy and suuuper fast, for first time in life they don't require deposit, with my hotels.com reservation was more than enough, breakfast super clean, room super clean, staff super kind, parking included, Bank Inbursa walking distance, Farmacia del Ahorro 2 min in car for Covid Test, don't forget make appointment for the test, super happy, I'll stay here every time that I go to Cuernavaca

Excellence in All Aspects
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - from the front desk, to the cafeteria, to the cleaning staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains from the room was gorgeous. We didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but it looked lovely. The breakfast was very surprisingly delicious! The hotel is far enough away from the city center that it's relatively quiet, but we took taxis to and from the center. The hotel has very good security and the front desk is staffed 24/7. The only downsides (which aren't much): the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, and aromas of food entered our bathroom from the hotel kitchen. It was mostly the smell of hot cakes, so it wasn't necessarily unpleasant. I hope this hotel stays in my price range so I can return.
