"The property was ok. I can’t rate 5 stars because the phone in the room didn’t work, the toilet would run all the time and a couple of the “ clean “ towels had hair in them. I wasn’t there long so I didn’t complain but I probably wouldn’t stay there again"

"When going to a show at the Newberry Opera house this is the place to be. You are right across the street from the opera house and can walk to everything you need. The staff was helpful and coffee is always in the lobby."

"Convenient to location I needed"

"2nd rental of this beautiful and spacious family friendly home. It was fully stocked and we used everything available. Good communication with host prior to our trip. We enjoyed the lower level, screened porch and outside decks. Even though we couldn't fish due to Lake Greenwood ordinance, it was wonderful!"

"The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days."

"It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though."

"House is in great shape and well taken care of and like new. It has everything you need to stay comfortably and it’s pet friendly although you couldn’t tell pets have been there like some pet friendly places. The view of the lake is awesome and the dock is perfect for tying up the boat. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this place anytime we are staying at Lake Greenwood. The owners are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Thanks for letting us rent it for the week!"

"The hotel was under some renovations,but still clean. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. Parking was nice and convenient to what I needed. Highly recommend"
