Good hotel but ....

Everything was fine with the rooms & the locality of the hotel. Breakfast had limited choice & the service was slow. We had other problems as well! We had 3 bookings & had booked 3 rooms in all 3 bookings, thro' expedia but the hotel did not have our first booking! The staff was kind enough to accommodate us with an upgrade. At the time of check out, we were asked to pay some nominal amount which I did not expect. Another day, we had asked for packed breakfast & at the last moment they coolly said that chef had not come yet & no breakfast was given! The management did not bother much when we complained!
