Lovely room, exceptional seevice

Had a great stay. Staff was professionally friendly, extremely helpful. Location is perfect with shopping and restaurants attached via the malls. No complaints at all.

Great Hotel situated in the heart of Sandton

Pros: Its the best value for money
Cons: Nothing to improve as they have a 5 Star service
Location: Situated near the Gautrain which operates direct from the OR Tambo Airport
I have been using the Davinci Hotel and its got the best facilities for Business people. The Hotel is also on the Gautrain Network which takes you direct from the Airport.

Absolutely friendly, professional and comfortable.

Pros: the service ...it was exceptional.
Cons: Price was high. Second, the noise from the neighboring room when the doors closed & open. It sounded like someone was trying to get into my room.
Location: the shopping, the restaurant, the Gautrain proximity to visit neighboring towns....was great.
Absolutely friendly, professional and comfortable.

Central for meetings in and around Sandton

Location: Prefect for business as it is on Mandela Square where generally people in Jo'Burg are willing to come for meetings
Very good business hotel, especially with access to quick eats in Mandela Square

perfect business hotel, perfect for shopping

Location: Shop til you drop. Eat. Be entertained...
Staff are brilliant, hotel location is spot on, as a single woman I feel safe to stay here and have a choice of dining, shopping and entertainment at my finger tips... Great location for work appointments, very central in Sandton. Always an Uber around. 10 out of 10. I always come back!

Davinci Hotel

Pros: Personalized service, friendly staff, great rooms, great location, the breakfast buffet is superb
Cons: The service in the morning during breakfast could be improved, i was in a rush, i ordered some breakfast which arrived a bit late and asked for tea se
Location: Conveniently located right in the middle of Sandton City and Mandela Square, close to some superb restaurants, very safe and fun place to be.
My last stay was great, warm friendly staff, personalized service.......unfortunately i misplaced my wallet and thought i'd never see it again, but i got a call from the hotel several days afterwards to say that they found it, which made my day.

Pros: i am the only one left in my team out of 7 that stays regularly at this hotel, they have decided to go to the Intercontinental
Cons: They should upgrade frequent visitors, of course if there is availability, to make the experience better
My previous stays have been better to be honest, i wasn't impressed by the room, it was a twin, i normally get a double, the personalized service that i used to get was missing this time
