The hotel staff food everything was great i will recommend and for sure can back in the future.

Elegant but a big gaudy

Location: Nelson Mandela Square & Sandton City.
Great location, fantastic service nice hotel. Everything you need is just on your doorstep. Had a great stay up until being woken up @ 7:00am by idiots in the gym dropping weights. 3 calls to reception & some investigation revealed the cause however it continued on! Doesn't help at the time suffering from one to many visits to the plenty of bars & restaurants the night before. Don't on the floor above the gym! Apart from that, great stay!

Our Guest Relations department will ensure that notes are placed on your profile to allocate a room on a higher floor, towards the ends of the passages away from the gym, which we have found to be quieter. We have also taken this matter up with the relevant management and I can assure you that corrective action will be taken with the parties involved. This is an excellent hotel well localized in the Mandela Square with outstanding personal and fiscal facilities. I recommend it.

Nice hotel near Nelson Mandela square.

Cons: Working A/C
Location: Shopping mall. Nelson Mandela Square
The A/C didn't work so the room was very hot. Basement goes to shopping mall. Breakfast was great.
