Best place in Boksburg
Been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. It's perfectly suited for our needs and never disappoints. All the people there are very friendly and accommodating. Its location is perfect to access the airport, shopping malls and the road network to other parts of Gauteng. Security is on point and for sure there is nothing to complain about

Noise levels within the compound is high. Although the room is clean and comfortable, and the mattress and linen is high quality, a good nights rest was not possible due to noise levels - and it is as if noise 'travels' within the property.

The Hotel is close proximity to the airport and walking distance from a few restaurants and pubs The only negative is that the Air conditioner was faulty There was a lock up garage for a car which is an added bonus

Very good but ...
Overall, my stay was very good, but when I got my room, they just finished cleaning it. I was nauseated by the cleaning solution used. I was not able to enter my room until an hour later.

The ladies in the morning on the front desk are well oriented of customer service. During the night they are not. They lack communication skills and customer service. Example, I tried to order delivery pizza and they wouldn't help. I let them I needed their assistant on making a local phone call and they both guys basically got upset. The older security man one came to and basically told me hang on the phone like don't call reception. Then, I went to the reception and they wouldn't even apologize for not assisting. It seems they are just oriented into security that is it. So if you check in at night don't expect much.

Nice hotel close to airport and the malls
The hotel is in a very quiet neighbohood with very little traffic and even though its in Boksburg closd to OR Tambo airport you hardly notice the air traffic.It hàs very mordern appearance on a big area with good free parking and if you opt for other rooms they have lock up garages.The breakfast was good the aircon works very well .The standard room was neat and spacious bu the tv is too small.First day wifi worked well but second and third day we could on acess it around the reception area..overall a very good place to stay at a reasonable cost.

Not what was expected.
Unaware that "budget" meant a re-purposed garage with a fuzzy tiny TV, no soaps/shampoo and no fridge. Stay was comfortable but not recommended for more than a day. 150 M "free" wi fi for my 4 day stay was not even enough for e-mail. and if you ask for my review but reserve the right to remove it, why am I bothering?

Give this hotel a miss
I booked this as the last stop of my journey as I had a early flight the next day. Having spent the week in another 4 star establishment at the same rate, I assumed that it would be of the same standard. I was met by rather surly staff who were not too forthcoming with information. This hotel cannot be listed as a 4 star establishment. Upon arrival, the room smelled as if it had not been used or refreshed in months. The towels were old and frayed, the toilet seat cracked,both movie magic channels were frozen. We called several times and was given the run around by the manager. I was asked to pay R100.00 for the airport shuttle, despite it being advertised as free on the website. I protested and could not be given a reason as to why this was asked. My partner was leaving before 6.30am and could not be accommodated with a lunch pack. There is no hairdryer, no two pin power point or a long mirror for dressing. The breakfast was equally awful, no sausages, uncooked baked beans out of a can, canteen style table/chairs and a chicken stew for persons not eating bacon. This is a total contrast to what is advertised.

Economical and close to the airport.
We greatly appreciated the shuttle from the airport without extra expense. The room was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Hot and cold food and eggs cooked to order. We would recommend it and plan to use it again in the future.

Another great stay!
This was a repeat stay at Europrime Hotel for me and it was even better than the last one. I loved my room, the balcony and private garage were great. The front desk was absolutely wonderful, and I want to especially thank Linda for such excellent customer service. She's a gem. The shuttle driver George was very courteous and went above and beyond the call of duty. The one issue I had during my last stay was terrible Wi-Fi reception. This is definitely not an issue anymore. The Wi-Fi is great, and guests get a certain allowance for free, after which one can purchase additional data. All in all I had a great stay. I wish it had been more than 1 night. I'll definitely be back

Really great stay. Quite impressed with ability to park my car under under cover (esp. since South Africa sometimes experiences severe hailstorms). Room was impressive & clean. Will definitely book here again when in the East Rand.

We have stayed here a couple of other times and it was fine. This time we were put in the back. The lighting in our room was very dim, especially in the bathroom. Before we had a fridge and hair dryer. This time no fridge and I had to put a deposit down for the hairdryer. The little touches were missing, like no towel to put down in front of the shower door so the water went all over.
