Clean, modern facility. Food excellent / Great bar and outdoor patio. Gym & Spa were well maintained with full sauna / steam room and pool amenities. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Stayed on two occasions, not disappointed.

The overall experience was amazing right from the chauffeur Joseph who picked me up from the airport and dropped me back to the check in experience and the stay. There is a mall attached which gives a lot of eating options. It definitely is a great and a safe place to stay in Johannesburg.

Excellent customer service from polite, friendly staff. The hotel is everything you would expect ; clean, comfortable, quiet. We stayed in the Club rooms, and the ‘ extras’ were well worth it. In particular when I had to report my lost phone to the local Police, they were very helpful.

What a gem! Hyatt Regency was an excellent all-around experience. From our very spacious room to the aesthetic hotel grounds, to the direct and easy access to a shopping mall and a plethora of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time in Johannesburg. We’re already planning our next stay!

Acceptable three days two night stay.
Overall services is really good, only one of the after concierge ruin the other staffs effort so I could not give excellent rating. The room condition is clean but need renovation soon. The location is good, right next to shopping mall.

Could have been in Chicago!
Typical Hyatt Regency in a very upscale area. Clean, comfortable but couldn’t do things I would have expected from a hotel like this. Concierge not able to book things as he didn’t know how to find the tour on the company’s website. Hotel could not change money - no room service menu in room, even though they insisted it was there!

Great Experience!
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is near to Rosebank Mall with lots of restaurants and shops right in its backyard. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious. It is easy to get to attractions from this location. I highly recommend it.

Our choice when in Joburg
Excellent position with safe outside restaurant seating and close to the Rosebank Gautrain station. This is our third stay at this hotel and it serves our purpose very well. Easy, reasonably priced parking on site. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating - from reception to all other staff. The hotel is very well maintained, while the rooms are very spacious as well as clean. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and lunch and the staff very friendly.
