Room coffee machine and tv not working. Very pleasant but slow service in the dining room

Thank you for reviewing our hotel on Expedia following your recent stay with us. Please note that unfortunately due to our brand standards we need to switch off all appliances in the room therefore you might have thought that it was not working.
Thank you also for commending the staff in the restaurant for their service delivery, but we will definitely look into the timeliness of service offered.
