Convenient for ORT Shuttle service to ORT is very convenient We arrived in the evening. Reception staff knew we were intending to catch shuttle at 0530 next morning. We arrived 2 minutes late and missed service. Our fault but a pity Reception staff didn't make a note.

Overall it was ok airport hotel. It was a nightmare due to the conference over the weekend. So many people tried to check in and to take elevators. Stairs were blocked after the second floor. If you don’t know the hotel really well, can’t find the stairs. Room was clean, but has smoke smell. Shower light was off..
