Frustration with the Front Desk service

No water on the following day although the team came up with a good solution,
the front desk was extremely ineffective: one person at the counter, while others are either chatting on the side or concentrated in a back-room (not clear what they were doing).
At the last minute I was charged for breakfast while the booking indicated BB and the explanation was that the "agent" did the booking only on the bed. I booked through internet and thought I was booking directly to the Hotel
