It's not luxury. It's nasty.

This isn't luxury. It's NASTY. Loved being woken up at 4.30am by prostitues yelling for their money. But both of them worked well, as they got the guy into the hallway and then locked themselves into his room until he paid. Butt naked in the hallway. Kudos ladies, kudos. The sheets had holes in them. Not luxury. Grit all over the floor. Not luxury. Mounds of dust and dirt in each corner. Not luxury. Towels were used as cheese cloths in a previous life. Not luxury. TV didn't work. Not luxury. Every bathroom fixture broken. Not luxury. Mirror cracked. Not luxury. Paint cracked and peeling on walls and cupboards. Not luxury. See where I'm going here? It's not luxury. They are playing fast and lose with the term luxury. Do yourself a favour. Don't stay here. Sleep in a gutter with rats as that will be a more pleasant experience of this nasty hole of a place.

Its near Sandton Center and in Hyde Park.

Pros: Just the area provided security
Cons: Must raise standard in all areas. Cleaning and maintenance should be improved. Repair handles drawers etc
Location: Sandton Center and Hyde Park
My experience was good with staff but other guest who came on two different night were so noise and there were not stopped by management knowing they were other Guest wanting to rest. The hotel is not being looked after well. Its a great facility but not cared for properly

No hot water

It was terrible,the service was shocking and I had no hot water to shower.No one was at reception at 7am in the morning to book out.

Cons: Hotel cleanliness and good management.
Location: Conveniently situated near a shopping mall.
Awful bed and not much in the bathroom for a comfortable wash.

Unfriendly, Staff were difficult, Woken up early, Unhygienic, Unsafe, everything is faulty. Advise strongly against staying here.
