HOTEL BOOKED AND PAID FOR CLOSED DOWN - stranded!
THIS HOTEL CLOSED DOWN and my friend and I were stranded in Johannesburg. I am trying to reach someone at Hotels.com to assist with a refund. Will never use or recommend Hotels.com again.

Hotel is great but the service is poor. 24 hour shuttle doesn't work. We had to find our on transportation to the hotel. I requested to leave for the airport at 4am. They assured me someone would drive us at 4:30am. The driver was late so we ended up missing our flight. I was forced to pay cash to a security guard because no one was there in the morning to process credit cards. To make matters worse, I was not given my change back from the cash I paid. The guard joked that I would find it on my visit. Poor customer service.
