Very comfortable and the hotel has been kept up really nicely. I came here after 2 days at a horrible hotel. Very glad I switched. The bar is super nice as well as the restaurant. The pool was relaxing.

Beautiful stay at The Maslow. Room was nice and warm with a really great coffee brand. Pool area is so serene. Only issue is once again the VIP upgrade were not available like ALL the other stays I had at hotels thats VIP. Although it was a relatively quiet weekend they apparently didn't have any upgrades available. The VIP Premium drink in room....... a soft drink. I also never get a response from Expedia regarding the VIP Hotel issue.... Are you guys even taking this up with the hotels?

The room was excellent. The service and willingness to help was pathetic! There was no kiddies breakfast available for my children which is disappointing! The service received at check-in as well as at the breakfast was very poor. I expected more from such a renowned hotel!

It’s a business hotel first and foremost in the perfect location to do things in Sandton and the surrounding area. So if that’s your requirement it’s great. If you have kids then it may not be for you.

We do agree with your comment, The Maslow Sandton is business hotel, we do have other properties like Sun City that is perfect for families with children.
