The staff were very helpful. We left our suitcase there whilst we travelled first to kruger and back, then Victoria falls and back. Breakfast service was slow the first 2 we stayed but today they had a buffet which worked perfectly. We are sitting by the pool as i write this.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were attentive and polite. The premises were beautiful and clean and the food at the restaurants was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Difficult to imagine a better place to stay
What an amazing place. It's beautiful, relaxed and comfortable without being at all pretentious. Gillian and her team provide a level of personalised service that you don't even find at the Four Seasons. They're almost telepathic at anticipating your needs. And they're universally charming, competent and friendly. The rooms are large, peaceful and very comfortable with high-quality bedding There's a private entrance to the massive Planet Fitness next door, which costs R150 a day (about €7). The gardens are stunning, the food is excellent and the area is safe enough to walk around (in the day) with a park opposite Definitely coming back

An Oasis in the City with Friendly Staff
Beautiful property. Like a little oasis! The rooms were lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated how friendly the staff was. We were especially grateful for their accommodation as we stayed late on our last day, waiting for our evening flight. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with beautiful gardens and pool. Relaxed atmosphere and nice staff. Very large rooms. My room was on the ground floor and it opened up to a nice private garden.

Quick stop on J-burg. The Peech is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The property is small, quaint and well maintained. The staff are incredibly kind. Would stay again.

Cute but a tad overrated
Cute place and a change from the business hotels I stay in but wouldn’t really call it a 4 star. For the price it should really be offering a bit more- at least a gym or free access to one. Staff were accommodating when I needed to change dates which I appreciated.

Lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but the pool area is nice. Service is amateurish but enthusiastic. I was put out by the inflexibility shown with regards to their 11am checkout time. They insisted I pay to extend this to midday. This left a bad taste to what was aside from this an acceptable stay. I would stay again but will probably look at other choices

Lovely hotel in a quiet park like setting
We stayed one night only at the Peech Hotel as we passed through Johannesburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the king sized bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and strong, and the room had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant. We would recommend the Peech as long as you don’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg. Everything is a Taxi or Uber ride away.

Perfect for us
The Peech is a lovely, small hotel in a very quiet residential area of Jo-burg. It is close to good restaurants and some shopping, and also within easy reach of main sights like the Apartheid Museum and Constitution Hill. The neighborhood is certainly walkable during the day, main sights are a 20-minute or so drive away. We stayed twice, on the way into and out of Botswana. On our first visit, I had picked up some sort of stomach flu and was under the weather. The staff did everything to help out, and the chef cooked some comfort food that was not on the menu, to ease my upset stomach. It was like being at home, just what I needed. Then on our way out, Nischka (the GM) let us keep our room late, as our overnight flight didn't leave until evening. All around, a wonderful place to stay for us. If you like a small, homey, luxurious, friendly hotel in a quiet location...The Peech is a great choice.

Beautiful stay at a gorgeous boutique hotel
We loved the Peech hotel as soon as we stepped inside, the property is stylishly decorated, the staff are a delight, and the restaurant was divine. We had dinner and breakfast there and we were impressed with the presentation and taste were amazing! I cant wait for my next visit just to stay in this hotel again!

Excellent curtains for privacy at night but beautiful outlook during the day of gantadtic garden filled with birds. Great breakfast and lots of it. Can't imagine a nicer place to stay in J'burg!
The hotel is like an oasis, a calm and beautiful setting with all the comforts and service one could imagine or hope for. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and generous. The lobby/sitting area, small library/den, and dining areas are tastefully appointed and totally comfortable. The food and drink are superb. There is a world-class gym just a few steps away (Planet Fitness), which costs about $10 extra but is totally worth it. This will be our choice for any future visits to J'burg!!

Fine property with a supportive staff
Our stay at the Peech was a 24 hour interlude interlude between a flight from Victoria Falls and a 16 hour flight the following day to Atlanta. The Peech is a fine property and the staff went out of their way to help us get to the nearby African crafts shopping mall, where we purchased all the necessary gifts which we had not already covered during our 2 1/2 weeks in S. Africa.

Welcome to Joburg
The Peech hotel was everything you want a hotel to be. You were met at the gate, escorted in, and your bags removed and delivered to your room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed with a pleasing African flair. Gabriel, Tabo, and Oscar were excellent host and waiters, who went well beyond expectation - and were full of good local information. In addition, the food was absolutely excellent. We stayed for two nights, and we ate dinner there both nights. It was absolutely a marvelous start to our stay in Johannesburg.

Beautiful small boutique hotel. Breakfasts on patio were so quiet and relaxing. Met a few other guests and had worthwhile exchanges. Staff superb in meeting every need like timely taxi service, needed electrical converter. Ate dinner at restaurant 2 nights out of 3 as need taxi to travel most anywhere. One day we were at Rosemont mall after guide dropped us off. Walk back to hotel took about 15 minutes.

My stay at the Peech Hotel was outstanding!
Before I even arrived, the concierge was organizing tours that I had chosen. Upon arrival the staff was most friendly and helpful, and my room was ready. My room was immaculate, comfortable, and very quiet. The food was delicious, and I was able to eat in my room at no additional cost. The neighborhood was very safe and there were lovely shops and restaurants just across the street. I would highly recommend the Peech Hotel for anyone wishing quiet and comfortable accommodation.
