Hotel was worth for the rates they charged through Expedia,I was bit hesitant to book their seeing all the negative reviews and bad rating,but it really proved me wrong.One suggestion is to have free upgrade of single room to studio on availability

The Hotel was outstanding, as well as the service and cleanliness! Our only problem was with Hotels . com that wanted to charge us a 50% cancellation fee ,after we had to cancel the second part of our stay for personal reasons. We cancelled a month in advance,!! I have spoken to management of the hotel, as well as Expedia and they both agree there should be NO CANCELLATION FEE!

Not pleasant! Dinner was delivered to my room on the 1st night in polystyrene container with no cutlery?? Chicken was edible but vegetables were cold so did not eat them - the container was left in my room for another 2 nights so room stank when I got home - no air in the room! In fact no rubbish was removed from my room the entire stay. I had to personally dispose of it. Key didn't work on 2 occasions after a long day out - on one occasion I had to wait 10 minutes at reception as no-one around - only to be met by a miserable person who was not very apologetic. The atmosphere with flat - no vibe? TV was grainy - not a clear picture so watching the SA play in the Rugby World Cup was not great!

Not what i expected

Room gave a feeling of poor quality and cheap. Shower cubicle was dirty. Room lacks things like shower mat or towel when one gets out of shower. No plug for electric razor.
