"The staff at the front desk were exceptional!
Carlos and Jason were very nice and always smiling. The Coffee/breakfast area was very clean and the young man whose name I can’t remember was also excellent.
The room was large and comfortable. The shower was a bit small for a large man, but adequate and very clean. I would have preferred a darker shade for the window or full dark curtains that close all the way.
I was extremely pleased with my stay and fully understand that due to the Covid pandemic that there are certain things that’s are outside of the Viceroy’s control.
