It was ok it doesn't fit the Marriott Brand

Pros: Nothing really except that the room had a microwave and a small refrigerator.
Cons: BEDS, PROVIDE ROOM SERVICE, PAINT THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE TO SWEEP UP THE PICK UP AND DROP OFF AREA.
It was noisy with children running in the Hallway all the time. No room service you had to go downstairs each time in the lobby to get water etc. Food is expensive. I purchase a chicken sandwich and (2) bottles of water and it cost $37.59. Doesn't provide safe in the rooms you have to go downstairs in the lobby to leave your valuables. I have been to cheaper hotels and they have safe in the room.

We stayed overnight here en route to our next destination. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was lovely. The shuttle service was available when needed and on time

Bad experience

When I book the hotel, Expedia says I can request rollaway beds. But the hotel refused to do so, for "my own safety". On phone with Expedia for more than an hour try to resolve this situation, still not resolved. Just horrible experience. Expedia and the hotel were trying to blame each other for the situation, and their guest ended up sleeping on the floor.

Nice hotel close to JFK airport

This perfectly located hotel is just what connecting passengers need. Well managed, clean and great airport shuttle service. (Offered a cold bottle of water on a warm day) Christian the bellman was excellent. Besides our bags after a long week, he managed a long box of water skis . A definite hotel for overnighting near JFK. The bar's menu and food was subpar. But a one block walk to the Hilton offers a superb resturant and ambience.

Great airport hotel shuttle

We had to get to airport early in morning so we stayed there so got on elevator at 4 in the morning right after a hotel employee had just gotten of only to realize very quickly someone had vomited all over the elevator and the hotel staff didn't even address the situation then the horrible smell made me start to upchuck! Great sensation right when your about to go fly

The hotel was nice, however unless you pay for valet parking ($22) night you have to park on streets.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here overnight from a flight into JFK Airport. The van drive YACOV was wonderful to us. He helped with the luggage, waited for us to check in and even took the luggage to our room. The room was updated, very clean, and smelled fresh. The bathroom was also updated and spotless. Having a restaurant in the hotel was very convenient. One could either have a sit down meal or buy quickie food to take back to the room. Next time we are at JFK we will definitely stay at this hotel. Congratulations to management for running such a ship-shape property with well trained staff!

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel and close to airport. Very clean. Staff aaa friendly. I loved the nice person with glasses who worked the coffee stand on the first floor. Very sweet and courteous. I would consider staying here again.
