Very convenient for short airport stayover.

My first room assignment was not acceptable for me. It was near an exit door and a little noisy for me. I brought to staff attention and they got me into another room right away and was very courteous and ready to help.

Great stop over

The hotel was great, picked us up at the airport, then dropped us off. Employees were so pleasant and accommodating.

Disappointment at best

The hotel did not live up to the standards that we expected. The positive was a great receptionist and wonderful aiport shuttle system. The room is old and outdated. The floor that we were on was party central. We needed peace and quiet after a long international flight.

Nice Hotel near JFK

The Hotel was clean and close to JFK airport. Parking was only 15:00 dollars. Not bad for NY. They do offer a fee shuttle to the airport which could come in handy. It has a small bar with a friendly bar tender and a complementary breakfast.

Bad night of sleep, but great shuttle service

I booked the hotel in advanced, but didn't check in until midnight because our flight had been delayed. I needed a king size bed, and got a full, which was a huge disappointment. I had even called before to make sure that they knew I was coming in late, and that I needed that room, but when I got there, they said they were overbooked and could only give me a full size bed. It did have a pull out couch,. but it was stained, and who wants to pull out a couch at midnight to sleep on? We had to catch an early morning flight and did not get that much sleep to begin with. I do want to say, that the shuttle driver did save us big time because he knew there was an accident at our terminal, so he had dropped us off at the one before, and if he hadn't, we would have missed our flight for sure. That is why I gave a higher rating for service.
