A bit grim.The stench of nicotine is over powering

Broken window previous occupants hair on the floor in the bath room bed clothes with burn holes in noisy corridor due being ceramic tiles. I was desperate I felt very ripped off

I like the area of Briarwood. I like the free parking although it's very limited I like all the stores in the area. Other than that, Keep your distance. I have stayed at hotels all over this country and the Jets Mitor Inn was by far the worst. No no no frills, noisy, no where to hang my clothes, street level room window gate was broke and the attendant behind the bullet proof front desk didn't care. No lamps only BRIGHT lights near the ceiling. I couldn't control the air conditioner that was central aIR controlled by the hotel. And it was off in the daytime when we needed it and on at night when it was already cool. I saw one couple get their key and walk into the room rest was already occupied. Yes, the attendance gave them the key to someone else's room. I could not convince them to give me a zero balance bill at the end of my stay. It was as though it was unheard of. I paid online in advance and there's a big sign in front that says NO REFUNDS so I stayed there for two nights. The best part of my stay was the moment I left.

The worst experience

There were spiderweb on the electric outlets. The sheets had cigarrets burns. Too much noise. No elevators, we had to go upstairs with our luggage. Bad customer service. They didn't help us to call a taxi the next day.

Very nasty hotel

Horrible hotel the worst hotel I have ever stayed at with hotels.com it was absolutely disgusting and over priced.
