Dirty and not as Advertised.

Expected a handicap accessible room as previously coordinated with Vincent, a Surfside 3 representative. Upon arrival, no such rooms were available and my mother was unable to access bathroom in her wheelchair. I had to relocate her to another motel. Terrible deal!

Very noisy, and some scary loud pot smoking guests. No coffee makers and bate bones. But good staff.

Great service to jfk air port. Rooms were clean but old dated. It definitely needs renovation.

Location: The only positive part of our stay.
No elevator, no closet, poor bath room facilities, lack of amenities overall. I would never use them again.
