"Not nice"

"The apartment was very clean and spacious. My bed was comfortable, and the pillows were perfectly situation. Not too hard and not too soft. The neighborhood was quiet.We did not avail ourselves of the kitchen, but it looked quite adequate.I would stay here again."

"Loved everything about this property. The owner/renter responded to messages swiftly and accurately. The home is beautiful, and and the space is welcoming. I was surprised at all that was provided (basic kitchen needs like coffee, spices, saran wrap, etc. as well as bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, flossers, hair dryer, etc.) I've stayed in several other VRBOs in which these items were not provided. The neighbor was quiet, and I enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area with access to local businesses and points of interest. I'm likely to be back in PA again in the future and will definitely plan to stay here again if available."

"The breakfast was good. Food was fresh and a nice selection. I got unlucky enough to have a bad room. I feel like my situation was isolated so don't let my experience stop you from staying here. My biggest complaint was the way the young man at the desk handled it. Issues arise and that is to be expected. My TV didn't work, phone didn't work, and sink didn't drain. I went down to breakfast and reported the issues to the young man at the front desk, and he simply said, "I'll notify maintenance". I went back to the room and played on my cell phone until it was time for me to leave (3 hours after breakfast). I spoke to the Lady Manager on duty on my way to my car, and told her that I sat in my room for 3 hours and Maintenance still hadn't been there. Turns out, the young man didn't do a thing! The Manager was very nice, apologized for the inconvenience and would take care of the issues with the room. It is because of the way she handled the situation that I gave the 4 stars and not 3 stars. "

"Second stay, and I wasn't disappointed at all! As advertised and easy to utilize. Allen is always responsive and willing to take care of everything. I'll be staying here the next time I'm in town."
