Clean friendly hotel.

Pros: Staff. Cleanliness. Location. Free breakfast.
Cons: I did find several of my first choices in soda (in the machine) were sold out.
Location: Shopping center across the street. Many restaurants very close by.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was addressed by name each time I came and left the hotel. The "breakfast" staff were always friendly. I felt right at home in my room. It was clean and neat and offered all needed amenities. Would not hesitate to return there in the future!

Dirty, old and outdated

Not good at all. Carpet was filthy, toilet didn’t work properly, TV was blurry on all channels and I couldn’t even by a beverage from the vending machines because they were all empty. Breakfast was substandard with only 1 piece of fruit. Parking lot didn’t have enough parking, open back door and derelicts in the parking lot every night.

Convenient overnight accommodations

Location: Just off I-76 easy to get to. Not sure what to do--we were anxious to get home!
My husband and I have stayed at the La Quinta before. It's one of those places that you know what to expect and that's what you get. Our night was a stopover on the way home and was perfect for just that. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable, there were enough channels on the TV for us to find something we liked to watch before dropping off to sleep. Breakfast was included and had numerous food choices--EXCEPT fresh fruit. That would be my only suggestion--fresh fruit!

Close to hodpital

The toilet was clogged as was the tub drain. I called the front desk Twice to report this but there was no answer. Very gross

Old motel near highway

Old motel near highway with plumbing issues. Check a tap in the bath once you entered the room. Service was good and we were moved to different room.

Front clerk was very helpful at check-in but we were disappointed to find that the pool in the photos was actually off-site at a local gym. The swim times for families were very inconvenient so we didn't even get to swim. Breakfast wasn't great.

I am so sorry you were unable to use the pool. An arrangement with the neighboring health club allows our guests complementary access to the entire facility, including the pool. While this provides a wide range of fitness opportunities for guests, there is the drawback of limited recreational access to the pool. I apologize if this information was not readily available for you. It's also unfortunate to see that you didn't completely enjoy your breakfast with us. I appreciate your feed back, as this helps us to identify areas for improvement. I hope that you might consider staying with us again some time.
