Pros: convenient location
Cons: The entire building inside.
Location: Near shopping and entertainment
The location was convenient, but the room not satisfactory. Three of 5 lights did not work. Could not call front desk on phone. Drain was so slow water would not go down normally. Room decorations were old and tired. Would not recommend to others or return.

Sorry, you had concerns with your stay, We have checked the lights and unfortunately sometimes the guest change the plugs so that they are connected to the switch. I will get the phones looked into too, we have recently painted the entire hotel, all the beds and beddings have been replaced in the last few months, the lobby is brand new. We are working on getting the carpet and drapes done in the next remodel phase

Pros: location!
Cons: blankets on beds!
Location: outlet mall , family,
the stay was nice but , the blankets on the bed were so small they did not hang down the sides of bed! may not bother some, but did me . could not cover properly. nice room!

Carpet was way beyond cleaning. It smelled like a kennel. I didn't walk barefoot on the carpet. It wasn't that housekeeping didn't do their job, it was badly deferred maintenance.

Dirty, run-down hotel; worthless staff

Pros: NOTHING - not worth it at any price.
Cons: Everything. Better yet, Windham Hotels should buy out this franchise-owner, tear the place down and put another hotel to take its place!
We stayed at the hotel overnight for 1 night. When we arrived at the desk, we had to ring a bell several times to have anyone show up. A slovenly looking clerk showed up eventually, and took as much time she possibly could to check us in, despite the fact that it was clear that we were in a hurry. She also took a copy of one of our driver's license no particular reason except that it's 'their policy' to take protected data from their customers just to have on file. It took so long that we had to race to our concert and could not check out the room. When we finally got to the 1st floor room, the window was wide open to the street such that someone could have climbed in while we were gone . The only security on the window was a thin bar for the track that was on the floor. The room was dirty. There were food wrappers under the dresser, a dirty coffee pot, an old, sagging small queen-sized bed with flimsy pillows, a cheap junk alarm clock and a very old, push button phone. The breakfast was a disorganized mess with incoherent choices. Upon checkout, we had to use the bell again to summon a human being. We requested the copy of the driver's license back so that it wasn't kept with our credit card number and signatures (BIG identity theft risk!!). They insisted that they keep it secure, but we saw another customer's drivers license copy in a general trash can at the end of the counter. The whole stay was awful; the security was too lax for us to feel safe there.

The location and price are good. The air conditioner had one temp, cold so I spent all night turning it on and off.
