“Staff was nice and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok. They had some yogurt, bagels, toast and cereal. We had pets and they were accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Outside and lobby were nice and clean. Check in lady was very friendly and genuine. I arrived late (10:30pm) and was told there was only second floor rooms left. Totally fine, but there is no elevator at this property. I was traveling with pets so lots of trips up and down the stairs to the room/car. I was also given a room right at the top of the steps, which seemed nice to not have to walk more, but the door to the stairs is very heavy and slams closed. And since there’s no elevators that door……

“Room was clean and roomy. Staff very friendly. Dining options limited to one restaurant during week for dinner. The internet was an issue being slow in our room. The hvac was noisy so we turned it off. ”

“Upon arrival, there was no staff present, nor did I see any staff the entire stay. A virtual agent appeared on a kiosk after about 15 of waiting. The room was filthy. Dirty sheets, smears of white stuff on the mirror and the bathroom was the worst. “Continental Breakfast “ was toast and dry cereal. 0/10 recommend ”

“A decent place to when visiting Harrisburg. My room was clean. It had amenities like microwave, fridge, and TV. My bed mattress was soft and the bed was a bit squeaky. The windows didn't have shear drapes but just the main curtains. The bathroom was clean. The shower functioned well. The complimentary breakfast was okay. It had cereals, bagels, make your own waffle, coffee, couple of juices, and apples. The location was ideal for me and the room rate was pretty reasonable for all the amenities.……
