“Arrived at midnight on long trip to visit nephew in ICU. Woke up to find no water for shower. Was told it should be in soon for 3 hours. Kindly explained I needed to get to the hospital as I had to drive back home that night (5 hours). Took three hours for water to come on and it was brown and sudsy. Ran for a half hour and had to take a shower in water that was still light brown. Cut my stay at hospital in half. $500 for a trip to visit for 3 hours because of this stay. Was told I would……

“The beds in our assigned accessible room were too low. I was unable to get out of bed without assistance. Also, I asked for a third room key card after he handed me 2. So he activated another card. I handed out the cards and went to the room to find out the first two did not work. I went back to the counter and he said that the third card deactivated the first two and gave me two more cards.
